For lunch and dinner, enjoy our traditional cuisine, featuring local, fresh, top-quality ingredients. Discover the creative dishes of the chef, who combines taste and finesse, and savor the best specialties of the Abruzzo cuisine, the authentic fresh fish from the Adriatic Sea, and the catered buffet including farm-to-table vegetables from the commercial farms of Alba Adriatica. For your meals choose from our meat, seafood and vegetarian menus, accompanied by our vegetable buffet. The chef is always available to meet the needs of guests with food intolerances, making specific dishes, even gluten-free, and customized menus, from breakfast to dessert.
We prepare every day vegetable purees, vegetable broths and nutritious and tasty dishes for the little ones, opening the dining room 15 minutes earlier upon request. We serve demineralized water.
